1. Introduction

CoachPad (“app”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use CoachPad.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• When you sign in (Email, Google, or Apple), we collect your email address and a unique user ID for authentication and account management.

2.2 User-Created Content

• Tactics, animations, boards, and related content you create in the app.

2.3 CoachHub Data

• If you use CoachHub features, we collect the content you upload/share there (such as posts, shared tactics, comments, or profile-related content).
• Content you choose to share in CoachHub may be visible to other users according to feature settings.

2.4 Microphone Recordings

• If you use microphone/voice recording features, we process and store audio you explicitly record inside the app.
• Microphone access is used only when you trigger recording. CoachPad does not continuously listen in the background.

2.5 Automatically Collected Data

• Device and app diagnostics (e.g., device model, OS version, crash logs, usage events) for stability and performance improvements.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide core app functionality and save/sync your content.
• To authenticate users and manage subscriptions/premium access.
• To operate CoachHub features and shared content workflows.
• To support microphone-based features you choose to use.
• To monitor errors and improve app quality using analytics/crash data.

4. Ads

CoachPad does not show third-party advertisements in the app.

5. Storage and Synchronization

• Local data is stored on your device.
• If cloud sync is enabled for your account/features, selected data (including supported CoachHub and recording-related content) is securely stored on our backend (Supabase).

6. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Authentication and cloud database/sync.
• Firebase: Analytics and crash reporting.
• Google Play / Apple App Store: In-app purchases and subscriptions processing.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
• Account and synced cloud data may remain until deletion is requested.
• To request permanent account and cloud data deletion, email us at the address below.

8. Children’s Privacy

CoachPad is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to improve security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and/or on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
